forged connections with distinguished audiovisual and lighting enterprises. Moreover, his

talents found resonance in the dynamic realm of live news broadcasts on radio and television,

enhancing his multifaceted portfolio.

In 1995, Chris emerged as one of a select cadre of freelancers personally recruited by CNN to

amplify their local endeavors. A pivotal chapter unfolded in 1998 when he embarked on a

transformative odyssey in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. There, Chris orchestrated and managed

groundbreaking multimillion-dollar technical installations, a testament to his prowess, which

catered to the Saudi military, royal family, and diverse corporate entities.

Before venturing into a distinguished tenure with the Los Angeles Police Department, Chris co-

owned a cutting-edge technical solutions enterprise, specializing in sales, event management,

and intricate installations.

Within the LAPD, Chris's journey began at the Wilshire Community Police Station and traversed

to the 77th Street Community Police Station in South Los Angeles. At 77th Street, his technical

acumen stood out prominently, garnering recognition from the upper echelons of command.

Throughout his service, Chris was pivotal in various roles, leveraging his specialized technical

acumen to invigorate investigations across the department.

A remarkable feat in Chris's career was conceiving and leading the pioneering Cyber Support

investigative purposes. This groundbreaking unit, with its geographical presence across LAPD

bureaus and divisions, exemplified Chris's commitment to innovation and efficiency.

Parallel to his LAPD role, Chris elevated his impact by becoming a certified POST Master

Instructor. His dedication led to the creation and instruction of numerous public service training

courses, spanning several states and diverse law enforcement agencies. His involvement as a

POST committee member further shaped statewide law enforcement training on social

networking dynamics.

In 2018, Chris retired from the LAPD, his departure marked by a legacy of excellence coupled

with an honorable spirit. His post-retirement journey heralded the inception of California Multi-

Agency Support Services (CAL-MASS), a charitable initiative he co-founded. Through CAL-MASS,

Chris's technological expertise was channeled to empower local, state, and federal agencies

with an array of cutting-edge services and training.

Chris's dedication took tangible form in The Regional Training Center (The RTC), a brainchild

forged in collaboration with CAL-MASS. As the Director of Operations, Chris helmed The RTC's

across the nation. His instrumental role in achieving California Commission on Peace Officer

Standard and Training (POST) presenter certification for The RTC is a testament to his

unwavering commitment.

Today, The RTC stands as a beacon of learning, with campuses spanning California, Texas, and

Florida, reflecting Chris's enduring legacy as a visionary in the realms of technology and public

service.

Mike Stromsoe

MARKETING DIRECTOR

ABOUT

MIKE STROMSOE

A Californian, like his parents and grandparents before him, Mike Stromsoe began his first “career” even before graduating from Fallbrook High School. In fact, he was twelve years old when he began working in the food industry at the family-owned pizzeria and sandwich franchise restaurant where he soon learned not only the business but the reality of the hard work it took to stay in the business. At the same time, Mike’s grandparents’ productive avocado acreage introduced him to the agricultural diversity of the greater Fallbrook area and he soon became Director of Grove Operations for Melziner and Friends, an agricultural wholesale company. Yet the fascination of the retail food industry remained strong and from 1983 – 1986, Mike managed the restaurant at San Luis Rey Downs.

Then, after his marriage to his best friend and partner, Cindy, and the establishment of their family which includes six children, Mike decided that a career with more traditional hours was necessary. He joined his parents’ insurance business in 1986 and twelve years later began to build his own company by integrating innovations such as individualized personal and commercial insurance programs, business coaching, and creating business-building seminars and booklets. He is president of the Stromsoe Insurance Agency in Murrieta.

Mike is an author and nationally recognized speaker.

Championship sports is an ongoing interest along with spending time with family that now includes thirteen grandchildren. Cycling, team sports, and travel interest Mike, and he is always challenged by new ideas and new methods that lead to impacting people’s lives personally and professionally.

My name is Chad Wauschek, and I am a certified public accountant. I have spent most of my life in the San Diego County area. I graduated from Fallbrook High School in 1995. After graduating from Cal State University San Marcos, in 2000 I went to work for some mid-sized CPA firms and eventually opened my own practice in 2006.
My passion is helping people make informed choices and to help them understand areas of tax and accounting that can seem overwhelming.

My goals are to provide all my clients with valuable advice that will further their financial success in a very complex and ever-changing world.

I am married to my amazing wife of ten years Diana. We are raising our four-year-old daughter Brooklynn, and we are looking forward to the birth of another baby girl this September.

My wife says I have too many hobbies. This includes fishing, hiking, scuba diving, playing guitar, gardening, and working on projects around the house. I think I am a person who is just fascinated with the world and enjoy learning about and trying new things.
